
WHO I AM
I have struggled just like everyone else with body composition as I am getting older. Once hormones start to change, so does the body. Fad diets and endless cardio workouts are a short-term fix but are not as sustainable. It is my goal as your coach to create a plan that fits in with your lifestyle so that you can have lasting results for years to come.
I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time. Programs created will include workouts based on goals and time commitments. I will focus the programs on a balance of non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT), resistance training and cardiovascular workouts. Nutrition guidance will be focused on healthy choices. Having a healthy relationship with food is extremely important in fitness goals.
